Exercises cannot be performed by every person. Also, exercising is long term solution for weight gain problems. If you are looking for quick results, the body may not be used such exercise and hence may not take exercise. However, these extreme results may not be true for all the people.

But all in all, losing weight naturally is the best way of keeping your weight in check.
