People who are interested in loosing weight are always interested to know the ways to speed up their metabolism. This is because metabolism is the process that gets energy out of the digested food. - Avoid alcohol, sugar and fasting:Alcohol sugar and fasting reduces metabolism drastically. Alcohol and sugar induces stupor and slows down physical activities. Fasting is also harmful in the similar way. Due to less intake of food, the body adjusts the energy flux by reducing the metabolism
- Drink lot of Water: Water dilutes the food materials and helps in easy digestion so that body metabolize food easily to produce energy.

- Less effort in exercise: Having high metabolism ensures that you don't have to depend on hard exercise to burn all your calories
