Importance of Exercise

Most of the weight gain, problems of obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and early ageing occurs due to lack of exercise. People are involved in life style where they eat and drink fat and calorie rich food products, sit through the day and then sleep. There is a total lack of exercise and physical activity and this can present varied health problems in the longer run.

Exercise is for every one. From a child of 1 year to a person of 80 can and must take regular exercise. However there are few precautions that go hand in hand with exercise. Once the body gets used to work outs intensive and exhaustive exercise can be done for 15-20 minutes every day. Before you start up on exercise always remember to warm up your body with gentle light stretching of limbs. It would help in prevention from injuries.

Games involving physical movement and activity are an excellent way of exercise that eliminates fat out of body.

Precautions

It is important to exercise and it is equally important to avoid over exercise or indulge in those exercises which the body can not withstand. Over exercise can cause fatigue, and muscular injury or dislocation of joints. People suffering form diseases, or people over 40 years of age should not undertake exhaustive exercise.
