Physical and mental fitness is important for people to work efficiently, continuously and in turn avoid fatigue, exhaustion and weakness. People whose work doesn't involve much physical activity need to be more cautious about their fitness to prevent health complications in the longer run.
Fitness as a Daily Habit
Like brushing teeth and taking bath, fitness should be made a daily habit. Take even 10 minutes out of your daily schedule to look after your own fitness and health. Some very easy things to do are
- Using a rocking chair in place of a regular chair
- Doing some of the cleaning, rubbing, scrapping around house to keep you into movement
- Parking in the farthest corner of parking lot, or two to three blocks away from your destination
- Taking deep breaths to freshen and aerate your lungs.
- Going on dancing, or running to warm up the body and enjoy the change of atmosphere
Fitness Exercise
Apart from these small steps, make a serious fitness schedule. It is necessary to devout some time with sustained exercise to be totally fit.
- Take regular exercise, at least 5 times each week
- Do the exercise with a partner to get motivated
- Try to take your exercises at a regular time
- Prepare a chart to keep track of your progress with your fitness program
- Don't take great stress. Exercise regularly for a limited time.
- Avoid fat and calorie rich substance in diet
- On weekends and vacations participate in the sports and other activities demanding physical movements

Difference between Fitness Exercise and Exercise
A fitness exercise is meant to keep you physically fit. It doesn't not involve exercises to built wrestler's body, develop biceps, triceps and stomach bricks. It's aim is to keep your all the organs in synchronized and working condition.
