- Increase the diameter and number of small blood vessels. The higher intake of oxygen to your muscles causes small blood vessels (capillaries) dilate to carry away waste products. Slowly it leads to rise in number of capillaries in muscles.
- Avoid overheating. Your body warms up by repeated movement of your muscles. Body compensates the rise in temperature by releasing heat out.
